I think I have actually heard studies on the radio that for calorie
burn cummulative is just as effective as steady exercise so 5 minutes
hear or 5 minutes there all add up for your heart and your fat stores.
I actually got 2 free pedometers like you where talking about with
the other features as a free gift for trying some heart healthy
chocolate. They were nice until my one year old decided to throw them
in a sink full of water. eventually I go buy a new one or maybe I
will talk my anti Mcdonalds husband into taking me there for our next
date night so I can get one of their salads in the happy Meal. I tried
their grilled chicken Ceasar salad about a week before they intrduced
